21st Aug 2025

“These results are a testament to the commitment and spirit of our whole school community. Our students have worked incredibly hard, showing the Qualities of Success that define CHS South, and we know they will go on to thrive in their exciting next steps.” - Mr David Prophet, Headteacher

This summer, CHS South proudly celebrated its third set of exam results, marking another milestone in our journey as a growing school. Once again, our students and staff were delighted with the exceptional outcomes achieved across the board. We saw record breaking results achieved across a whole host of subjects and benchmarks, including the core subjecys of English, Maths, & Science, with national thresholds being outstripped by our students.

Behind every grade lies a story shaped by our Qualities of Success, from resilience and optimism, to creativity, motivation and reflection. Many of our young people celebrated strings of top grades, while others surpassed their own personal goals and made progress far beyond initial expectations. Both are achievements to be incredibly proud of. These successes are not only the product of the determination shown by students, but also the unwavering support of staff, families and our wider community, who together create the environment that enables our students to thrive.

What stands out most is the extent of achievement. From the sciences to the humanities, from languages to technology, every department has contributed to a collective picture of success. This reflects not only academic excellence, but also the development of well-rounded, resilient and creative young people, ready to take their next steps with confidence.

This year’s results have further strengthened CHS South’s reputation as a school of choice within both the local and wider community. They reaffirm our belief that an education shaped by creativity, happiness and ambition leads to success, not only in examinations, but in life beyond school. Our students leave us with more than qualifications; they leave with the confidence, skills and experiences to shape their own futures and contribute positively to the world around them.

“A huge thank you must also go to our staff, parents and carers, whose support has been invaluable every step of the way.” - Mr David Prophet, Headteacher
